📦 Delivery Policy
Delivery Times:
The delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment and varies according to the location. The estimated time will be informed at the time of finalizing the order.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as the order is shipped.

Delivery Attempts:
Up to 3 attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our address and we will contact you to reschedule (in this case, a new shipping fee will be charged).

🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchange by Size, Color or Model:
You can request an exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The product must be:

Without signs of use;

With tags and original packaging;

In perfect condition.

Exchange Shipping:
The first exchange is free. From the second onwards, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

🔄 Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC). You do not need to justify your decision, but the product must be:

Unused;

With original label and packaging.

How to Request a Return:
Send an email to descomplicandoclima@gmail.com with:

Order number;

Full name and CPF;

Reason for return (optional).

💸 Refund Policy
Processing:
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be made within 7 business days.

Refund Methods:

Credit card: refund according to the carrier's deadlines.

Pix or boleto: refund by bank transfer to the account of the purchase holder.
